a bit about me
I started my journey in India, moved to Krakow for my first job, eventually made it to London where I built two startups from scratch, and then found myself at Cisco managing enterprise accounts worth millions. Today I'm in Krakow again — leading digital transformation at HSBC — and somehow, it all makes sense in hindsight.
My path hasn't been linear, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Going from a call centre agent to a Cisco Account Manager to a startup founder to a Business Analyst at one of the world's largest banks has given me an ability to connect with almost anyone — and to see problems from angles most people miss.
I believe the best solutions come from listening first. Whether I'm working with a C-suite executive or a junior team member, I lead with empathy and curiosity before jumping to answers. My ABC of sales — Attunement, Buoyancy, Clarity — is really just a philosophy for life.
Outside of work, I'm drawn to books that challenge how I think, conversations that go a little too long, and the quiet satisfaction of watching something complicated become simple. My brain is wired to go deep and fast — I pick up new passions quickly, master them with intensity, and keep the ones that truly stick. Guitar, snowboarding, cycling, dancing — and lately, building things with code.
English (native), Hindi (native), Polish (B1). Lived and worked in India, UK, and Poland — with frequent travels to the Middle East and Asia for conferences and client meetings.
I dive deep into whatever catches my fire — from mastering guitar riffs to snowboarding black runs to vibe coding at 2am. The hobbies that survive the filter? Those are the real ones.

First job in customer service at Orange Telecom, Krakow. Discovered a love for understanding people and solving problems under pressure.
2011
Built a tech support startup in Delhi helping Baby Boomers and GenX navigate digital life. Grew from 4 to 90 employees in two years.
2013
Moved to London, studied e-business at LSE, and founded Codernex — a cybersecurity firm making digital protection accessible to everyone.
2018
Joined Cisco's London team, managing 70+ enterprise accounts and exceeding quota by 125%. The place where I truly mastered strategic selling.
2021
Returned to the startup world, generating $1.2M in new business and representing the company at WebSummit, Gitex, and TechCrunch.
2023 — Now
